设定一段专注时间，把手机架好。One Hour 会在整个过程中自动拍摄，结束后把这段时间压缩成一支延时视频。 Set a length, prop up your phone, and focus. One Hour captures frames the whole time and turns the session into a short time-lapse.

设定这次专注Set up the session
选择专注时长（25 / 45 / 60 / 90 分钟或自定义）、拍摄间隔、开始延迟和前后摄像头。页面会实时告诉你视频会有多长。 Pick a length (25 / 45 / 60 / 90 minutes or custom), the capture interval, a start delay, and which camera. The estimated video length updates as you choose.
架好手机Prop up your phone
开始延迟期间，屏幕上是实时画面，方便你调整角度。竖着放、横着放都可以，方向会在开拍瞬间锁定。 During the delay the screen shows a live preview so you can frame the shot. Portrait or landscape both work — the orientation locks when recording starts.
安心专注Just focus
屏幕会暗下来，只留下剩余时间和已拍帧数。低电量、设备过热或存储不足时，会自动结束并保住已经拍下的画面。 The screen dims to just the time left and the frame count. If the battery, temperature, or storage runs low, the session ends itself and keeps what was captured.
看见这一小时See your hour
结束后视频自动生成，可以加个标题，保存到相册或分享出去。所有记录都留在「记录」里。 The video is generated automatically. Add a title, save it to Photos, or share it — every session stays in your history.
关于隐私About your privacy
拍下的画面和生成的视频只保存在你的设备上。我们没有服务器来接收它们，也没有账号系统。你可以随时在 App 内删除任何一条记录。详情见隐私政策。 Frames and finished videos stay on your device. We have no server to receive them and no accounts. You can delete any session from inside the app at any time. Details in the privacy policy.
