1. 协议的接受1. Acceptance

下载或使用 One Hour（以下称「本应用」）即表示你同意本协议。如果你不同意，请不要使用本应用。 By downloading or using One Hour (the “app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. 使用许可2. Licence

我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让、非独占的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。你不得转售、出租、反编译或以其他方式试图获取本应用的源代码。 We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell, rent, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the app's source code.

3. 免费使用与购买3. Free sessions and purchase

• 你可以免费完成 3 次专注并生成视频，功能不受限制，导出的视频带 One Hour 水印。You can complete three sessions for free with no feature limits; exported videos carry the One Hour watermark.
• 完整版是一次性买断，没有订阅、没有自动续费。购买后可无限次专注，并可关闭水印。The full version is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no auto-renewal. It unlocks unlimited sessions and lets you turn the watermark off.
• 不论是否购买，已经生成的记录都可以继续查看、保存和分享。Whether or not you buy, sessions you've already created remain viewable, savable, and shareable.
• 购买与你的 Apple 账户绑定。更换设备或重装后，可在「设置 → 恢复购买」中恢复。Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account. After reinstalling or switching devices, use Settings → Restore Purchases.

4. 付款与退款4. Payment and refunds

付款由 Apple 处理并遵循 Apple 的条款。退款同样由 Apple 受理，可通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请，我们无法直接为你退款。 Payments are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple as well — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. 你拍摄的内容5. Your content

你用本应用拍摄的画面和生成的视频归你所有。这些内容只保存在你的设备上，我们不会获取，也不会对其主张任何权利。 The footage you capture and the videos you create are yours. They stay on your device; we never receive them and claim no rights over them.

6. 使用规则6. Acceptable use

你需要对自己拍摄的内容负责，并遵守所在地关于录像和肖像权的法律。请勿在他人不知情或未同意的情况下拍摄他人，也不要在禁止拍摄的场所使用本应用。 You are responsible for what you record and for following the recording and privacy laws where you are. Don't record other people without their knowledge and consent, and don't use the app where recording is prohibited.

7. 数据与备份7. Data and backups

本应用不提供云端同步。视频保存在设备本地，可能因删除记录、卸载应用、设备损坏或系统故障而丢失。重要的视频请及时保存到相册或其他地方。 The app has no cloud sync. Videos live on your device and can be lost if you delete a session, delete the app, or lose the device. Save anything important to Photos or elsewhere.

8. 免责声明8. Disclaimer

本应用按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保证它稳定可用，但不承诺完全没有错误，也不保证在所有设备和系统版本上都能正常工作。长时间录制会消耗电量并可能使设备发热，本应用会在电量过低或温度过高时自动结束专注，但你仍应自行判断使用环境。 The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it is error-free or that it works on every device and iOS version. Long recordings consume battery and can warm the device; the app ends a session automatically when the battery or temperature reaches a limit, but you should still use your own judgement.

9. 责任限制9. Limitation of liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接损失、数据丢失或利润损失承担责任。我们的全部责任不超过你为本应用支付的金额。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

10. 变更与终止10. Changes and termination

我们可能更新本应用的功能或本协议内容。协议更新后会修改本页顶部的日期。如果你违反本协议，我们可以终止你的使用许可。 We may update the app's features or these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. We may end your licence if you breach these terms.

11. 适用法律11. Governing law

本协议适用 ［填写适用法律地区］ 法律，相关争议由 ［填写管辖法院 / 仲裁机构］ 管辖。 These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes fall under [court or arbitration body].
