一句话版本：One Hour 拍下的画面和生成的视频，全部只保存在你的设备上，我们没有服务器接收它们，也没有账号系统。我们只收集匿名的使用数据，用来判断产品哪里好用、哪里不好用。 The short version: every frame One Hour captures and every video it creates stays on your device. We have no server that receives them and no account system. We collect anonymous usage data only, to understand what works in the app and what doesn't.

1. 我们不收集的内容1. What we never collect

• 拍摄的画面、生成的视频、视频缩略图Captured frames, generated videos, and thumbnails
• 你给视频起的标题The titles you give your videos
• 姓名、邮箱、电话、通讯录、位置信息Names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or location
• 广告标识符（IDFA）；我们不做跨 App 追踪，也不展示广告The advertising identifier (IDFA). We don't track you across apps and we don't show ads

2. 我们收集的匿名使用数据2. The anonymous usage data we do collect

我们使用 Mixpanel 统计 App 的使用情况。数据与一个随机生成的匿名标识关联，不与你的身份关联，包括： We use Mixpanel to measure how the app is used. The data is tied to a randomly generated anonymous identifier, never to your identity. It includes:

• 操作事件，例如开始专注、完成专注、生成视频、保存、分享Events such as starting a session, completing it, generating a video, saving, and sharing
• 本次专注的设置：时长、拍摄间隔、开始延迟、前置或后置、画面方向Session settings: length, capture interval, start delay, front or back camera, orientation
• 统计值：帧数、实际专注时长、离开 App 的时长、视频生成耗时Counters: frame count, actual focus time, time spent away from the app, how long a video took to generate
• 购买状态：是否已购买、剩余免费次数、付费页的打开来源Purchase state: whether you've bought the app, free sessions left, and where the paywall was opened from
• 环境信息：App 版本、设备型号、系统版本、界面语言Environment: app version, device model, iOS version, and interface language

事件中不包含任何画面内容或标题文字。例如「修改了标题」这个事件只记录「是否改过」，不记录你写了什么。 No event carries image content or title text. The “title edited” event, for example, records only that a change happened — never what you wrote.

3. 购买相关数据3. Purchase data

One Hour 只提供一次性买断。付款由 Apple 处理，我们不会拿到你的支付信息。我们使用 RevenueCat 校验购买状态，它会为你的设备生成一个匿名用户标识，并处理与 Apple 之间的收据信息，用来判断你是否已解锁完整版。 One Hour offers a single one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Apple, and we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate the purchase; it creates an anonymous user identifier for your device and handles receipt data with Apple to determine whether the full version is unlocked.

4. 权限4. Permissions

• 相机：只在你第一次开始专注时申请，用于按设定的间隔采集画面。画面直接写入设备本地的视频文件，不会上传。 Camera — requested the first time you start a session, used to sample frames on your chosen interval. Frames are written straight into a local video file and never uploaded.
• 照片（仅添加）：只在你点击「保存到相册」时申请。我们申请的是「仅添加」权限，无法读取你相册里的任何内容。 Photos (add only) — requested when you tap “Save to Photos”. We ask for add-only access, which cannot read anything in your library.
• 通知：可选。开启后，当专注在后台结束时会提醒你一次。 Notifications — optional. If enabled, you get one reminder when a session finishes while the app is in the background.

5. 数据存放在哪里5. Where your data lives

视频、缩略图和专注记录都保存在 App 的沙盒目录里，只有 One Hour 能访问。在 App 内删除一条记录，对应的文件会同时删除；如果你此前把视频保存到了相册，相册里的副本不受影响。卸载 App 会删除全部本地数据。 Videos, thumbnails, and session records are stored in the app's sandbox, readable only by One Hour. Deleting a session inside the app deletes its files; copies you already saved to Photos are untouched. Deleting the app removes all local data.

如果你开启了 iCloud 设备备份，系统备份可能包含 App 的本地数据，这部分由 Apple 的备份机制管理。 If you use iCloud device backup, Apple's backup may include the app's local data, governed by Apple's backup system.

6. 第三方服务6. Third-party services

7. 保留期限7. Retention

本地数据由你自己控制，删除即消失。匿名使用数据在分析服务中保留 ［填写保留期限，例如 24 个月］，之后会被删除或进一步聚合。 Local data is yours to delete at any time. Anonymous usage data is retained in our analytics service for [fill in a retention period, e.g. 24 months], after which it is deleted or further aggregated.

8. 你的权利8. Your rights

你可以随时在 App 内删除任意记录，或卸载 App 删除全部本地数据。如果你希望我们删除与你设备关联的匿名使用数据，请发邮件到 privacy@onehour.app。由于这些数据不与身份关联，我们可能需要你提供 App 内的匿名标识才能定位。 You can delete any session inside the app, or delete the app to remove all local data. To have the anonymous usage data associated with your device deleted, email privacy@onehour.app. Because the data isn't linked to your identity, we may need the anonymous identifier from the app to locate it.

9. 儿童9. Children

One Hour 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集他们的信息。 One Hour is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. 政策变更10. Changes

政策更新后，我们会修改本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。涉及重大变更时，会在 App 内提示。 When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
